- 850 liters, 1 door 20x GN 2/1.
- Included: 3 pairs of slides + 4 meat hooks + 2 stainless steel grids 2/1, for meat maturation.
- Refrigerant gas R134.
- Interior and exterior made of stainless steel (food grade) AISI 304 (rear galvanized steel), monocoque frame.
- Stainless steel racks and slides (antitilt), allowing the grids to be positioned as desired (67 mm spacing), deep-drawn inner bottom and rounded corners and angles (without rough edges).
- Glazed doors with ergonomic handle (not projecting), reversible, closing by "triple chamber" and magnetic seal (easy replacement, without tools), hinges with 100° stop, closing with automatic return (audible and visual alarm device for "open door").
- Microswitch device, allowing the evaporator fan to stop when the door is opened.
- Standard with key lock.
- Upper panel for accessibility to the compressor unit, hinged, easy inspection.
- Compressor unit (ambient temperature +43°), ventilated condenser.
- Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated against salt and food acids "coating", completely hidden (not visible).
- TOUCH SCREEN control panel (in closed box, 100% waterproof), with HACCP functions.
- Internal lighting, with switch.
- Automatic defrosting of the evaporator (electric), number of defrostings factory program (can be modified as required).
