FAST BLAST FREEZER   GTP-3/N1

  • Small and space saving (can be placed in the lower shelf of a work table).
  • Capacity: 3x GN 1/1
  • Production per cycle: 8kg (+70°C +3°C) and 5kg (+70°C-18°C).
  • Core probe as standard.
  • Door (non-reversible) with stainless steel handle.
  • Guides for stainless steel plates, spacing 80 mm. 
  • 4 adjustable cylinders
  • Programmable electronic controller (in sealed box), with hold function at end of cycle and audible alarm (HACCP standard).
  • One-piece structure, interior and exterior (including rear) in austenitic (food-grade) stainless steel.
  • Deep-drawn inner base, with drain plug (for heavy maintenance), rounded corners (no rough edges).
  • Door with magnetic seal (easy replacement, no tools required).
  • Microswitch to stop the evaporator fan when the door is opened.
  • Class 4 compressor unit, ventilated condenser, front access.
  • R290 refrigerant.
  • Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated against salt and food acids, completely hidden (not visible).
  • Manual defrost, automatic condensate evaporation.
  • CFC-free polyurethane insulation.
  • The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force.

  • Food safety in the cold chain is based on a basic principle: i.e. the core temperature must change from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes (UK standard) or +65°C to +10°C in 110 minutes (NF standard) and from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes (UK standard) or +65°C to -18°C in 270 minutes (NF standard).
