You fill the spacious water bowl with water and bring the water to the right temperature. Then fill the stainless steel baskets with pasta. As soon as the pasta has cooked sufficiently, place the basket on the special drainage surface, so that the pasta can drain. The water quality in the pasta cooker remains excellent, thanks to the automatic starch removal function. With the large drain with manual ball valve, you can quickly empty the water container. Then you clean the pasta cooker, which is very easy due to the stainless steel housing.
