- Cast iron cooking hob with high thermal conductivity, equipped with a welded peripheral rim to guarantee a perfect seal. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is located on the front panel before the device.
- Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Burner flame regulation by gas thermostatic valve.
- The appliance is built in compliance with all current EC regulations.
