- Equipped with labyrinth filters made of AISI 304 stainless steel (positioned at the front), a condensation filter, and a separator acting as a steam-liquid separator.
- UV system eliminates unpleasant odors and bacteria.
- Catalyst filter captures residual odors and unreacted ozone.
- Built-in fan automatically regulates airflow according to the amount of steam generated.
- Frontal ventilation is activated when the oven door is opened.
- Thanks to direct software integration with the oven, the hood automatically adjusts fan power and odor absorption based on real-time oven activity.
