Deep-drawn" bowl in AISI 304 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, equipped with a cold zone. Lid in stainless steel.
Drain tap (ball valve) for the tank and the oil decanting tray, placed in the lower cabinet.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel armoured resistances immersed in the tank.
