Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, waterproof "IPX5".
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity completely welded to the top, inclined at the front.
Anti-splash edge on 3 sides (see A7/PS...).
Frontal collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquid.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat.
