- Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable feet in stainless steel.
- Pressed and sealed top (20/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel, with rounded corners and interior angles, equipped with a cold zone, ball valve for draining placed in the cabinet.
- Stainless steel lid. Oil decanting tank, placed in the lower cabinet.
- Gas heating, by means of heat exchangers immersed in the tank, cast iron burners with horizontal flame.
- Regulation from 90°C to 190°C, by thermostatic valve, ignition by pilot light and safety system by thermocouple, electric piezo device, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
