• Welded basin "Y" of stainless steel AISI 304 with rounded corners, equipped with cold zone, (bullet) outlet tap.
• Cover executed in stainless steel.
• Gas heating through burners with horizontal flame, placed under the basin.
• Temperature regulation from 120°C to 190°C.
