- Square plates in cast iron, 300x300 mm, with a waterproof stainless steel edge, safety device in case of overheating.
- Regulation of the heating power with a 7-position switch, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
- Versions with GN 2/1 “pass through” electric static oven stainless steel double-wall cooking chamber with enameled bottom, stainless steel double-wall door with insulating casing.
- The pressed sides allow to position trays and shelves without side grids, making trays handling and cleaning easier.
